Julia is already out of her surgery to put the filter in. In went swimmingly well, and I suspect she will be back in her ICU room shortly.
The doctor said he got it in a perfect position to allow easy removal in a month or so, and that Julia did great. We are looking forward to laying eyes on her again soon. Although she should be groggy from the anesthesia, and hopefully will SLEEP for once!
